2. Hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Opening a page creates a standard server log entry with your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser type. We use it to keep the site running securely and delete it after 30 days. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website. The transfer to the United States is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
3. Mailing list
If you sign up, we store your email address to send you news about Infinity Studio. We use double opt-in and log the time of your sign-up and your confirmation in order to document your consent. Providing your address is voluntary, but without it we cannot send you the newsletter. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, after which we delete your address apart from the record of your consent. The list runs on our own infrastructure and your address is not passed on to third parties.
4. Cookies and consent
When you first open this site you can choose whether we may use Google Analytics. Nothing optional is loaded before you agree, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer. The analytics described in section 5 uses no cookies and runs regardless of your choice.
5. Our own analytics
We use analytics software on our own infrastructure, server-side, without cookies and with your IP address anonymised, to see in aggregate how the site is used. Nothing is passed on to third parties. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly audience measurement.
6. Google Analytics
With your consent we also use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It sets cookies and records how you use the site, including your device and browser, the pages you open and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google processes this on our behalf and may transfer it to Google LLC in the United States, which is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. The data is deleted after 14 months. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future through the cookie settings in the footer.
